What can AI automation do for a small business?

Can you add AI to the systems we already use?
Usually, yes. Most of our AI work connects to tools a company already has, such as email, spreadsheets, a CRM or accounting software, rather than replacing them.
Is our data safe?
Your data stays in accounts you control. We use AI providers' business APIs, which by default do not use your data to train their models, and we only send the AI what a task needs.
Will AI make decisions without us?
Only where you are comfortable with it. For anything that matters, such as a reply to a customer or a payment, the AI drafts and a person approves.
